It's easy to get to Algiers Point, by ferry or bridge.
From the East Bank:
- Via the Canal Street Ferry, a gorgeous ride that takes you directly to Algiers Point
- Via the Mississippi River Bridge, 1st exit (General De Gaulle West) toward right, right at first light (Landry, turns into Whitney), left at the river (onto Patterson), straight to the Ferry Landing
From New Algiers:
- Take General Meyer to Whitney, right on Whitney, left on Patterson, straight to the Ferry Landing
